What we collect
When you request early access, we collect your email address, role (landlord, property manager, homeowner, or other), portfolio size, and any optional free-text responses you choose to provide (such as your biggest maintenance headache or interest in a founder call).
Why we collect it
We use this information for early-access prioritization and direct, personal follow-up from Domaira’s founder. Your data helps us understand which portfolio sizes and use cases to onboard first.
How the form works
The early-access form is processed by Tally, a third-party form provider. Your submission data is stored by Tally and accessed by Domaira for the purposes described above.
We do not sell your data
Domaira does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
What to expect after requesting access
You will receive one auto-response confirming your request. After that, you may receive a personal follow-up from Domaira’s founder about onboarding when the platform is ready for your use case. That’s it. No newsletter. No drip campaigns. No marketing automation.
Consent
By requesting early access, you agree that Domaira may contact you personally about onboarding. This consent covers only personal follow-up related to early access, not any future marketing communications.
Data retention
We keep your submission only as long as needed for early-access prioritization and founder outreach. If we have no reason to retain your information, we will delete it.
Deletion requests
You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@domaira.com. We will remove your information from our records and confirm deletion.
